If you have a lawn – Mowing, Trimming, Edging, and Fertilizing. For shrub beds and xeriscapes – Raking, Blowing, picking up debris, Cultivating, Weed Control, and Pruning of all shrubs and trees up to 10′ high. You can request additional work, such as pruning large trees, pressure washing, general clean-ups, and plantings at an additional cost upon request and approval. Seasonal timer adjustments and irrigation inspections are included as needed. Irrigation repairs are billed as an extra. Contract maintenance customers receive discounted service calls.

DRAWINGS $1,500 is the starting cost for a detailed scaled drawing with quantified components. The fee includes three meetings on-site and one follow-up drawing modification should one be needed. Locations beyond 20 miles from Ridgecrest will have an added travel cost.

We send monthly invoices between the 20th and 25th. You can choose to receive your invoices via Text messaging, Email, or paper. We offer an auto-pay feature that will credit your account each month. We also provide an online CLIENT HUB you can access anytime to request additional services and see current and past invoices and payments.
